TARTA "CRUJIENTE"
Ingredientes:

  • 250 g de mantequilla
  • 3 huevos
  • 1 vaso de azúcar
  • 3 vasos de harina
  • 1 cucharadita de levadura o de la soda apagada (½ cuchara de postre de bicarbonato sódico y añadir gota a gota vinagre hasta que se haya disuelto completamente el bicarbonato. Aproximadamente ½ cuchara de postre de vinagre)
  • 1 lata de leche condensada hervida
    • Observaciones y Notas:

    Para obtener la leche condensada hervida hay que hervirla durante 1-1,5 horas en una cacerola cubierta con el agua.
    Elaboración:

    Mezclar las yemas con el azúcar.
    Añadir la mantequilla (la mantequilla tiene que ser un poco blanda), mezclar bien.
    Añadir la soda apagada, la harina y amasar.
    Cubrir con el papel de horno una bandeja (aproximadamente de 20x30 cm). Dividir la masa en dos partes y encima del papel estirar una parte con un grosor de 3-5 mm. Hornear a 180 grados durante 15-20 minutos. Una vez listo, cortar la torta seca en dos partes.
    Hacer lo mismo con la otra parte de la masa. Al final tenemos 4 tortas secas.
    En un plato poner una torta seca y untarla con leche condensada.
    Cubrir con la otra, untar otra vez, etc.
    Untar también con leche condensada la parte superior y los lados.
    Así resulta el corte.
