SOPA DE PESCADO A LA PORTUGUESA
Ingredientes:

  • 200 g de gambas peladas congeladas
  • 400 g de pescado
  • 3 patatas
  • 1 cebolla grande
  • 1 diente de ajo
  • 1 pimiento verde
  • 1 pimiento rojo
  • 1 pimiento amarillo
  • 500 g de tomates en su jugo
  • 150 ml de vino blanco
  • el zumo de medio limón
  • sal
  • pimienta
  • perejil
  • aceite

    Si se quiere, se puede sustituir el agua por caldo de pescado.
    Elaboración:

    Hervir las gambas durante 2 minutos, escurrir.
    Pelar las patatas y cortarlas en dados grandes.
    Pelar la cebolla y cortarla en rodajas.
    Pelar y picar el ajo.
    Quitar las semillas del pimiento rojo y cortarlo en tiras.
    Hacer lo mismo con el pimiento verde…
    … y con el pimiento amarillo.
    En una olla o sartén honda poner las gambas con el aceite a fuego medio.
    Encima poner una capa de patatas.
    Encima de las patatas poner la cebolla y el ajo.
    Encima del ajo poner los tomates.
    Encima de los tomates poner los pimientos.
    Salpimentar un poco, verter el vino.
    Verter aproximadamente 1 litro de agua, llevar la sopa a ebullición y hervir durante 20 minutos.
    Trocear el filete de pescado y rociarlo con el zumo de limón.
    Añadir el pescado y el perejil picado a la sopa.
    Hervir 30 minutos más. Salpimentar al gusto.
    Una vez lista, poner la sopa en los platos y servir.
