PASTELITOS DE CHOCOLATE
Ingredientes:

  • 150 g de chocolate
  • 150 g de mantequilla
  • 120 g de azúcar
  • 2 huevos
  • 230-250 g de harina
  • 2 cucharaditas de azúcar de vainilla
  • 1 cucharadita de la soda apagada (½ cuchara de postre de bicarbonato sódico y añadir gota a gota vinagre hasta que se haya disuelto completamente el bicarbonato. Aproximadamente ½ cuchara de postre de vinagre)
    • Para la crema:
  • 2-3 cucharadas de cacao en polvo
  • 250 g de yogur tipo griego
  • 7-8 cucharadas de azúcar
  • azúcar de vainilla
  • canela
    • Elaboración:

    Derretir el chocolate al baño María.
    Mezclar la mantequilla reblandecida (dejar fuera de la nevera unas horas antes de cocinar) con el azúcar y azúcar de vainilla.
    Añadir los huevos, mezclar bien.
    Añadir el chocolate, mezclar.
    Añadir la soda apagada, la harina y amasar. La masa tiene que ser poco espesa.
    Untar la bandeja del horno con mantequilla y espolvorear con harina. Colocar la masa en la bandeja y hornear a 180 grados durante 25 minutos.
    Para la crema necesitamos mezclar el yogur, el cacao y el azúcar en un recipiente.
    Cuando la masa esté lista, cortar en cuadritos.
    Cortar cada cuadradito por la mitad, horizontalmente. Untar una parte con crema.
    Cerrar con la otra y encima de todo, cubrir de nuevo con crema. Dejar que los pastelitos se impregnen con la crema durante 1 a 2 horas.
