PASTEL CON SETAS
Ingredientes:

  • masa de hojaldre o masa para empanada
  • 1 patata mediana
  • 1 cebolla mediana
  • 120 g de setas
  • 50 g de queso
  • sal
  • pimienta

    Para que el pastel quede dorado, pincelar con huevo batido.
    Elaboración:

    Cortar la patata en rodajas.
    Picar la cebolla.
    Picar las setas.
    Cortar el queso en dados.
    En el centro de la masa poner las patatas ocupando aproximadamente una tercera parte de la masa. Sazonar con sal y pimienta.
    Poner la cebolla encima de las patatas.
    Poner las setas encima de las cebollas. Un poco sazonar con sal y pimienta.
    Espolvorear con cubos del queso.
    Hacer cortes como se muestra en la foto, de aproximadamente 3 cm de ancho.
    Entrelazar los cortes para cerrar el pastel.
    Untar la parte superior del pastel con huevo batido para que quede dorado. Hornear a 180 grados durante 50 minutos.
