MERENGUE CON CHOCOLATE
Ingredientes:

  • 4 claras de huevo
  • 200 g de azúcar
  • 40 g de chocolate
  • 2 cucharaditas de azúcar de vainilla
  • ½ cucharadita de canela
    • Observaciones y Notas:

    Según gusto se puede facilitar la receta y hacer merengue solo con los huevos y el azúcar.
    Elaboración:

    Rallar el chocolate.
    Separar con cuidado las claras de las yemas. El recipiente para montar las claras tiene que estar completamente seco. Mejor que las claras estén frías.
    Con una batidora montar las claras al punto de nieve.
    Sin parar de montar, añadir poco a poco el azúcar.
    Añadir la vainilla y la canela. Montar hasta que la masa este espesa y densa.
    Añadir el chocolate rallado y mezclar.
    Con ayuda de la manga pastelera o de una cuchara poner los merengues en una bandeja para horno. Hornear a 100 grados durante 1,5 – 2 horas, dependiendo del tamaño de los merengues.
