GALLETAS NAVIDEÑAS INFANTILES
Ingredientes:

  • 170 g de mantequilla
  • 160-170 g de azúcar
  • 3 yemas de huevo
  • 1 cucharadita de azúcar avainillado
  • 300 g de harina
  • ¼ de cucharadita de sal
  • 2 cucharadas de cacao
    • Elaboración:

    Mezclar la mantequilla reblandecida con el azúcar y el azúcar avainillado.
    Añadir las yemas y remover.
    Mezclar la harina con la sal, añadir a la mezcla de mantequilla y amasar.
    Partir la masa en dos partes y en una añadir el cacao.
    Hacer las diferentes formas según deseo y vuestra imaginación. (Se puede dejar la masa en la nevera 10-20 minutos para que sea más cómodo el modelar).

    A la hora de moldear, hay que tener en cuenta que las galletas van a crecer en el horno y por lo tanto, mejor hacer las formas más pequeñas y finas.

    Por ejemplo: un bastón,
    una casita,
    una estrella,
    un muñeco de nieve,
    otras estrellas,
    unas campanas,
    unas bolitas navideñas,
    un corazón,
    y otras….
    Colocar las galletas en la bandeja del horno, cubierta con papel de horno. Hornear a 190 grados durante 10-15 minutos. Mejor orientarse por el aspecto y sacarlas cuando empiecen a coger color. Sí las cocemos mucho los colores no van a distinguirse.
    Dejar enfriar un poco en la bandeja y ponerlas en un plato.
