GALLETAS DE COCO Y ALMENDRAS
Ingredientes:

  • 150 g de mantequilla
  • 300 g de harina
  • 1 cucharadita de levadura en polvo
  • 1 huevo
  • 100 g de azúcar
  • 30 g de coco rallado
  • 30 g de almendra molida
    • Elaboración:

    Mezclar la harina con la levadura, añadir los trozos de mantequilla.
    Trabajar la mantequilla con un cuchillo o con los dedos, hasta que la mezcla parezca harina.
    Batir el huevo con el azúcar.
    Añadir a la mezcla de harina y amasar.
    Añadir el coco con las almendras, amasar un poco más.
    Formar una bola con la masa, ponerla en papel transparente o una bolsita y dejarla en la nevera durante 1 hora.
    Estirar la masa con grosor de 5 mm y cortar en formas de rodajas o flores. Ponerlas en una bandeja cubierta con papel de horno y hornear a 180 grados durante 20 minutos.
    Dejar enfriar un poco y poner las galletas en un plato. Cuando se enfríen completamente se pueden decorar con chocolate.
    Pasar una cinta por el agujero central y poner en el árbol navideño. O presentar con un lazo.
