FILETES DE LENGUADO A LA CERVEZA
Ingredientes:

  • 500 g de filetes de lenguado (puede ser congelado)
  • 220-250 g de harina
  • 2 huevos
  • 200 ml de cerveza
  • 1 limón
  • aceite
  • sal

    En esta receta mejor coger los filetes de lenguado ya cortado y limpiado de espinas. También se puede usar el pescado entero, si para vosotros no es molesto quitar las espinas durante la comida.
    Elaboración:

    Poner la harina, los huevos, un poco de sal y la cerveza en un bol y mezclarlo todo hasta conseguir una masa homogénea.
    Rebozar los filetes con la pasta y freírlos por dos lados en abundante aceite caliente.
    De la masa restante con la ayuda de una cuchara formar "tortillas" y freírlas en el mismo aceite de los lenguados.
    Servir los lenguados acompañados con gajos de limón y tortillas crujientes.
